These terms are between you and DeMuth Ventures LLC, which runs HelpSeeDo. By using HelpSeeDo you agree to them.

Using HelpSeeDo

• Use it to help people, share notes and keep your own notes.
• Don't use it for anything illegal, to harass anyone, to send spam, or to trick people into giving up passwords or money.
• Only set up a device or send notes to people who want your help.
• You're responsible for keeping your password and Vault PIN safe.

Your content

What you write and upload stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the people you send it to, only so the service works. You're responsible for what you share.

Free and Plus

Free has limits shown on the Help page. Plus is a paid subscription you can cancel anytime; it stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Prices and limits may change, and we'll tell you before a change affects what you pay.

If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep HelpSeeDo running and your notes safe, but it's provided as is. Please keep your own copy of anything critical. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending an account

You can delete your account anytime on your Account page. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.
