HelpSeeDo is run by DeMuth Ventures LLC in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We built it to help family and friends with their screens, and we keep as little about you as we can.

What we keep

• Your account: email address, name, and the name you choose to show.
• What you make: notes, photos, PDFs, categories, messages and Help Room questions.
• Devices you set up: the name you give them, and when they last checked in.
• Basic activity, like when a note was opened or a step said "I'm stuck," so you can see it.

People you help with a code or a paired device don't need an account, and we don't ask for their email.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information or show ads.
• Your notes are never public or searchable. A code or link opens only that one note.
• Vault notes are locked with your PIN and are never shared or sent.

Who helps us run it

Your data is stored with Supabase (database and files) and the site runs on Vercel. Emails like password resets are sent by Resend. Payments, when offered, will go through Stripe; we never see your full card number. They only handle data to provide their service to us.

Your choices

• Edit or delete any note anytime.
• Delete your account on your Account page. Your notes, photos and files are deleted with it.
• Remove a paired device on the People page, and it stops receiving notes.

Children

Accounts are for people 13 and older. A younger person can still view notes on a device someone set up for them.
